The client has chosen to relocate in Penang after years of experience living abroad. He has worked his way through a series of modest dwellings to his dream house for the family. We fulfilled his desire for a luxurious yet subtle home establishment by incorporating a selection of wood and marble finishing. The client was particularly fond of the kid’s playroom that we have created at the bottom of the stairs. For this project, we worked closely with an architect from Singapore and the project were done in 4 months.
