Refurbishment, extension and loft

This client from Singapore has appointed us, Buildnberg to transform a single-storey semi-detached house into a vacation home for his family. Even though we have limited space to work with given the nature of a single storey house, we were able to create extra space through a loft conversion. It was done without the need to extend the heights of the building while creating a cool looking and spacious space which was twice the initial height. We also fulfil the client’s desire for an outdoor space by creating a patio area surrounded by gardens.
